Peter McDade at the track

About

I'm Peter McDade — an Air Force veteran turned technical program manager with a deep passion for motorsport and giving back. I've spent my career securing and optimizing critical infrastructure, building high-performing teams, and driving programs that keep the lights on for some of the world's most demanding systems.

Off the clock, you'll find me at the track or under a tent at a race weekend. Motorsport isn't just a hobby — it's where engineering, strategy, and adrenaline collide. I bring that same intensity to the nonprofits and veteran communities I support, where I've mentored 77+ professionals and led volunteer teams that impact thousands.

This site is my corner of the internet — a place to share what I'm working on, what I care about, and what gets me fired up.
